Clemens has over 24 years of experience advising and managing high-growth companies. He started SpringUp Capital in 2018, focusing on asset tokenisation. Since then, he has helped clients develop and establish FCA regulated investment platforms and execute compliant security token offerings. In 2018, he co-founded the Oxford Blockchain Foundation.
Clemens began his career in M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston and Charterhouse in London, after which he held CFO & COO positions in tech, eCommerce, private equity and fintech businesses.
